We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting concluded today, inter alia, has: (1)Considered and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2019 alongwith the Independent Auditors Report.(2)Recommended Dividend of Re. 0.30/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each, for the Financial Year 2018-19, subject to the declaration by the Members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The dividend, if declared by the Members at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.(3)Approved that 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019. (4) Approved that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, July 26, 2019 to Thursday, August 1, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 17th AGM and payment of dividend.
