MIC ELECTRONICS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Corporate Insolvency process (CIRP) has been intimated in respect of the company under the provisions of the insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by an order of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) with effect from 13th March 2018 and NCLT has appointed Mr. Prabhakar Nandiraju as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) under the provisions of IBC and Committee of Creditors appointed/legalized as Resolution Professional (RP) at their meeting held on 1st June 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the Mr. Prabhakar Nandiraju, Resolution Professional (RP) on 29th November 2018 will consider the Audited financial results of the company for the 2nd quarter and Half year ended 30th September 2018.
