MIHIKA INDUSTRIES LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. Further Pursuant to the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the persons covered under the said code of the Company from 6th August 2018 to 15th August 2018. The trading window will be resumed from 16th August 2018 onwards.
