We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2018 at its meeting held on August 14, 2018. Further we would like to intimate that Board of Directors have granted 170,000 ESOPs under Mindteck Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008 to eligible employees at Rs. 48.70 being the closing price of the previous day of the NSE.
