Approved the Limited Review Report on the Un-Audited Financial result for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Please note that the Board of Directors meeting commenced at 12:00 noon and concluded at 2:50 pm on 11th August, 2018. This is for your information and doing the needful.
