This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 14th August, 2018 which commenced at 11.45 a.m. and concluded at 03.40.p.m., inter-alia, have considered and approved the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Three Months ended 30th June, 2018 alongwith Limited Review Report among other businesses. In respect of this, we hereby enclose the following: 1) Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Three Months ended 30th June, 2018 alongwith Limited Review Report. 2) A Media release being issued by the Company on the subject which is self- explanatory.
