MONTE CARLO FASHIONS LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2018. 2. To consider a proposal to buy-back the fully paid-up equity shares of the Company. Further, in terms of provisions of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 05, 2018 to November 15, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Companys aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives.
