This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on Monday, 4th February, 2019 (Timings: Meeting commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 02:30 p.m.), have inter-alia considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine-months ended 31st December, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the Results alongwith Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company for the Quarter and Nine-Months ended 31st December, 2018 is enclosed herewith.
