MRF LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1) Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the year ended 31St March, 2019. 2)To consider declaration of Final Dividend, if any. We further inform that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of MRF Limited and pursuant to the clarification issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide circular NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 2nd April, 2019, the Trading Window has been closed from 5th April,2019 to 4th May,2019 (both days inclusive).
