Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report as given by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. ii. Appointed new Secretarial Auditor in place of earlier appointed Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2018-19: We are enclosing herewith the above said Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report and the Brief profile of newly appointed Secretarial Auditor for your information and record.
