This is with reference to our earlier letter dated February 20, 2019 regarding postal ballot notice. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) please find enclosed the following: 1.Voting results pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. (Annexure-A) 2.The Consolidated Report of Scrutinizer on remote e-voting & physical voting dated March 25, 2019. (Annexure-B) The Ordinary Resolution relating to Appointment of Mr. D. Nikhil as Vice President (Commercial) of the Company has been approved by the members of the Company with requisite majority by way of postal ballot (both e-voting and physical voting) ended on March 23, 2019. The voting results along with the scrutinizers report will also be made available on the websites of the Company and Karvy Fintech Pvt. Ltd., Registrars and Transfer Agents (RTA) of the Company.
