Enclosed herewith please find the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with Limited Review report (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2018. The said results duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and have been approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 1st November, 2018. The aforesaid meeting commenced at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 5.15 p.m. Kindly take the above on record and acknowledge the receipt of the same.
