NLC India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2019, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2019 and also to consider the recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the year 2018-19. As intimated earlier, in terms of Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by the Designated Persons, the trading window has been closed from April 03, 2019 and up to 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2019.
