1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. Copy of the financial results approved at this meeting along with the Limited Review Report provided by Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Auditors of the Company is enclosed as Annexure 1. We have made arrangements for publishing an extract of the approved financial results as per the format prescribed under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, in the selected newspapers. 2. Recommendation of final dividend of Rs 10/- per equity share of Rs 5/- each for the year ended March 31, 2019; 3. Date for convening the 71st Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 09, 2019 at 11.30 a.m.; 4. Closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer books from Friday, August 2, 2019 to Friday, August 9, 2019, both days inclusive, for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Dividend.
