NPR FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve To consider and approve, inter-alia amongst others, the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018. In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window shall be closed from 25th July, 2018, till 48 hours after the public announcement of the results. Further, in terms of Regulation 46 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure) Regulations, 2015, the Notice has been displayed on the Website of the Company.
