This is to inform that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on Monday, the 12th day of November, 2018, at the Registered Office of the Company at 5.00 p.m., has inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results alongwith Segment Wise Revenue Results and Capital Employed for the quarter & six months ended on 30th September, 2018 and Statement of Assets & Liabilities as on 30th September, 2018 on the basis of Limited Review conducted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. The same is enclosed herewith. The Meeting commenced at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at 6.35 p.m.
