This is to inform that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on Tuesday, the 7th day of August, 2018, at the Registered Office of the Company at 5.00 p.m., has inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results along with Segment-wise Revenue Results and Capital Employed for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018, on the basis of the Limited Review Report conducted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. In this connection, copy of the Summarised Unaudited Financial Results alongwith Segment-wise Revenue Results and Capital Employed and the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018, is enclosed herewith in terms of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015(Listing Regulations).
