ONWARD TECHNOLOGIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/10/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be convened on Friday, 26th October, 2018 at the registered office of the Company to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. Further kindly note that, in this connection, as per the Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Designated Employees, Directors, Promoters and connected persons shall be closed from 15th October, 2018 up to 30th October, 2018 (both days inclusive).
