Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26th October, 2018 have approved and taken on record, inter alia, the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:30 A.M. and the above matters were concluded at 02:45 P.M. A copy of the Results along with Limited Review Report of the auditors of the Company, as required under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, is enclosed herewith.
