In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Part - A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company has approved the Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter / nine months ended Deceember 31, 2017, in their meeting held on 09.02.2018. The details are as under: Quarterly Basis: The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 30.22 lacs for the quarter ended Deceember 31, 2017 as compared to net loss of Rs. (7.49) lacs for the quarter ended Deceember 31, 2016. Total income has Increased from Rs. 8,940.56 lacs for the quarter ended Deceember 31, 2016 to Rs. 9,139.62 lacs for the quarter ended Deceember 31, 2017. Nine Months Basis: The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 71.84 lacs for the nine months ended Deceember 31, 2017 as compared to net profit of Rs. 24.60 lacs for the nine months ended Deceember 31, 2016. Total income has increased from Rs. 26,408.80 lacs for the nine months ended Deceember 31, 2016 to Rs. 26,413.04 lacs for the nine months ended Deceember 31, 2017. We are enclosing herewith a copy of Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter/nine months, alongwith Limited Review Report for the quarter/ nine months ended Deceember 31, 2017. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.00 noon and concluded at 2.00 pm. We request you to take the above information on your record.
