With reference to the above subject matter and observations by the BSE, we are providing clarification relating to the discrepancies in the Financial results for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2018 under Regulations 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. BSE observations: In the result PDF Net Profit, Other Comprehensive Income & Total Comprehensive Income not tallying Managements Clarification to the above observations: We hereby clarified that, there are no discrepancies between the Net Profit, Other Comprehensive Income & Total Comprehensive Income in the filed Financial results on 14.02.2019 with BSE. The details of clarification has been mentioned in the attached document. Further, we have enclosed the Statement of Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December, 2018 once again as per the Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors.
