To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2018. 2. To consider declaration of 1st Interim Dividend, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2018-19. Further, As per Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from July 31, 2018 to August 11, 2018 (both days inclusive).
