PANAMA PETROCHEM LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the following: 1. standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2019. 2.Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. Pursuant to this, Trading Window Close Period has commenced from April 1, 2019 and will end 48 hours after the results are made on May 24, 2019.
