PERSISTENT SYSTEMS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1.The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2018. 2.The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2018. 3.The payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-19. If the said Interim Dividend is approved by the Board of Directors, the Record Date for the payment of the same will be Tuesday, February 5, 2019.
