PERSISTENT SYSTEMS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/04/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1.The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. 2.The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. 3.The recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-19. If the Final Dividend is recommended by the Board of Directors, the Book Closure for the purpose of payment of the same will be determined later.
