PNB GILTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons of the Company from February 6, 2019 to February 16, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement / declaration of such results by the Company.
