Pursuant to Regulation 33 and 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, we hereby inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 8, 2018 have amongst other item have considered and approved the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018, along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor. Further, in accordance with Regulation 33(3)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 and SEBI circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July 2016, the Company has opted to submit standalone financial results for the first quarter ending on 30th June 2018 and for subsequent quarters of the financial year 2018-19. With reference to above, we enclosed herewith the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor.
