Pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, inter-alia considered and approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018 alongwith the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. We enclosed herewith a copy of Standalone Un-audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018 duly approved at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 6:00 p.m and concluded at 6:50 p.m. Kindly take the same on record and acknowledge receipt.
