PSP Projects Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1.Consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter (Standalone) and year (Standalone & Consolidated) ended March 31, 2019 2.Consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the year ended March 31, 2019 3.Consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-19. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company for all the Designated persons has been already closed from Wednesday, April 3, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company i.e. upto Wednesday, May 29, 2019 (both days inclusive)
