In compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we herewith enclose the following for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2019. 1) Audited financial results and Auditors report thereon. 2) Declaration from Chief Financial Officer stating that the Audit Reports issued on the financial results are unmodified. The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, the 20th May 2019. The Board meeting was commenced at 12.05 PM and concluded at 2.15 PM today, the 20th May 2019. We request you to take the same on record.
