RAMA STEEL TUBES LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Trading Window shall remain closed from November 2, 2018 to November 12, 2018 (both days inclusive).
