Rama Steel Tubes Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Trading Window shall remain closed from February 5, 2019 to February 14, 2019(both days inclusive).
