RANE ENGINE VALVE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2019. Further, in compliance with regulation 47 of SEBI LODR, an advertisement of notice of meeting of the board of directors for the above purpose is also being issued in the newspapers. In compliance with the said regulations, the audited financial results would also be published in newspapers.
