Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III thereto, we enclose hereto, for your information and record, (i) the un-audited standalone financial results of RattanIndia Power Limited (the Company) for the quarter ended December 31, 2018, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. on February 7, 2019. (ii) Limited Review Report thereon dated February 7, 2019 issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company, on the aforesaid financial results of the Company.
