In continuation of our earlier letter dated November 26, 2018 and pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2018. The unaudited Standalone Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved & taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meetings held on December 5, 2018. The unaudited Standalone Financial Results have been subjected to Limited Review by Statutory Auditors of the Company i.e. M/s. G.S. Mathur & Co., Chartered Accountants and M/s. A.R. & Co., Chartered Accountants and a copy of the Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith for your reference and record.
