Pursuant to Regulation 33 and 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, we hereby inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on February 14, 2018 have amongst other item have considered and approved the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor. With reference to above, we enclosed herewith the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor.
