We hereby inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2018 which are prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (lnd AS) and which have been subjected to a Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors, were taken on record and approved by the Board. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the said results along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
