This has reference to the email received from you dated 22nd June, 2018, regarding discrepancies in Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2018, In this regard, further to our letter to you dated 18th May, 2018, we are hereby amending the para for Financial Results as detailed therein as follows :- Financial Results Considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (including Consolidated Results) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated 27th May, 2016 on "Disclosure of the Impact of Audit Qualifications by the Listed Entities", we would like to confirm that M/s Jitendra K Agarwal & Associates, Statutory Auditors of the Company, have issued Audit Reports (both for Standalone and Consolidated Results) with unmodified opinion on the above financial results.
