Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 11:30 am and inter-alia, has considered and approved: 1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company prepared in accordance with the IND-AS for quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2017 along with Limited review report issued by the Auditors of the Company, in respect of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results.
