We wish to inform that Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. 10th February, 2018 which commenced at 12:00 A.M. and concluded at 3:10 P.M. has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and 9 months ended 31st December, 2017. In this connection, we enclosed herewith the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and 9 months ended 31st December 2017 along with the Limited Review Report dated 10th February, 2018 of the Auditors.
