Outcome of Board Meeting held on May 30, 2018 Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 11:30 am and inter-alia, has considered and approved audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company prepared in accordance with the IND-AS for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 along with Audit Report issued by the Auditors of the Company and Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33 (30 (d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in respect of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results.
