The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 28.05.2018, which commenced at 5.15p.m. and concluded at 6.25p.m., approved the financial statements for the financial year ended 31.03.2018, including Balance Sheet as at 31.03.2018, and Statement of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Changes in Equity for the year ended as on that date along with accompanying notes thereto. Accordingly, the Statement of Audited Financial Results pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, was uploaded on the web-sites of the stock exchanges. In the meantime we noticed certain typographical mistakes/excel linking errors in the said results, and therefore, corrected version of the results are now being uploaded. Further, due to loss during the year under review, the Board has not recommended any dividend on the equity shares. We deeply regret the inadvertent error and request that the enclosed results may kindly be taken on record.
