This is to inform that, the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on Tuesday, the 13th day of February, 2018, at the Registered Office of the Company at 5.00 p.m., has inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results alongwith Segment Wise Revenue Results and Capital Employed for the Quarter & Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2017, on the basis of Limited Review conducted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Meeting commenced at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at 6.15 p.m.
