We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. 30th day of May, 2018 at the registered office of the Company at 41 Shivalik Building Near Saraswati Hospital/Telephone Exchange Old Delhi Road Gurgaon-122001, inter-alia took the following decision: Considered and approved the Audited Standalone financial Results for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 along with audit report. In this regard we are hereby submitting the following documents herewith:- 1. Audited Standalone financial results for the quarter and Year ended 31/03/2018. 2. Audited Standalone statement of assets and liabilities for the Year ended 31/03/2018. 3. Audit report with modified opinion. 4. Statement on Impact of Audit Qualification on modified opinion.
