Sub.: Outcome of the Board Meeting held on February 12, 2018 - Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company prepared in accordance with the IND-AS for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017, approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2018 alongwith the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company thereon. We also enclosed herewith press release on the said results of the Company. The said board meeting commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 04:50 p.m.
