Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on May 30, 2018 has: 1. approved Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018. 2. approved the text of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results, along with Segment wise revenue and results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2018. 3. recommended Dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
