The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 180.30 lacs for the year ended March 31, 2018 as compared to net profit of Rs. 166.60 lacs for the year ended March 31, 2017. Total income has decreased from Rs. 36,765.37 lacs for the year ended March 31, 2017 to Rs. 35,607.54 lacs for the year ended March 31, 2018. We are enclosing herewith a copy of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2018 alongwith Independent Auditors Report and a declaration to the effect that the Auditors Report contains an un-modified opinion.
