The Board Meeting of the Company was held on 28th May, 2018. The Board of Directors at the Board Meeting of the Company have approved and taken on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018. Please find enclosed herewith the following: 1. Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018. 2. Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on 31st March, 2018. 3. The Board recommended the final dividend of 10%(Re. 1/- per equity share) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018 subject to approval of the shareholders at the 13th Annual General Meeting. The information and papers are being filed pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
