REVATHI EQUIPMENT LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 29th January, 2019 to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.12.2018. As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the Shares of the Company will remain closed from 22nd January, 2019 to 31st January, 2019. (both days inclusive).
