With respect to our submission on 11th May, 2018, we would like to inform you that, we had inadvertently written unaudited at the particulars but the figures submitted were audited figures only. Further, the Auditor has erroneously provided LRR instead of Auditors Report. The audited results are not qualified, hence the declaration need to be submitted, the same was given in old format and therefore we are enclosing herewith the same in latest format. Also, the Reconciliation Table in the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2018 is given. Please find enclosed herewith Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended March, 2018 along with the Reconciliation Table, Auditors Report, Declaration for non-applicability of statement of impact of Audit qualification. Kindly take the same on your records and acknowledge the receipt.
